Shipping costs are added

Shipping charges will be calculated by the purchase total (in U.S. funds), as follows:
merchandise total $1 - $30 = $5 shipping
merchandise total $30.01 - $50 = $7 shipping
merchandise total $50.01 - $100 = $9 shipping
merchandise total $100.01 - $200 = $15
shipping
merchandise total $200.01 and up = $20 shipping
